Main Objectives:

Support the Market Management department within the area of Market Management/ Market Intelligence as well as coordination of daily business tasks.

Close collaboration within the business unit to develop and enhance reports, products, processes and initiatives in the region to further professionalize the business.

Main objective will be to enhance the department efficiency and impact in all aspects


  • Support the Market Management department with the development and implementation of regional market research and intelligence methodology including data set requirements & specifications (Performance KPIs)
  • Provides an understanding of the overall business including market trends and analytics
  • Provides consulting and interpretation of market and consumer/customer research data to the department to support business decisions and actions
  • Develop actionable insights from existing datasets available throughout the company and perform analysis to support decision making process
  • Contribute through the output to strategic projects in an ever-changing business environment. Prepare presentations, update records and documentation, organize meetings and workshops with regards to the daily After-Sales business
  • Organize follow-up of marketing plans per market together with the Marketing Department
  • Prepare monthly operational board meeting presentations in co-ordination with responsible parties
  • Support preparation and plan events, workshops, trainings and factory visits.
  • Support to the Head of Market Management and the team in their daily office routines and administrative duties

  • Interest and experience in the Mercedes-Benz Cars business with focus on After-Sales
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Access 
  • Excellent organizational and coordinating skills, very good presentation and communication skills, accurate working style and good team player abilities
  • Market experience and intercultural competencies
  • English a must, German/Arabic will be an added advantage
  • (Under) Graduate in business administration/ engineering or similar
