Lead and develop the MENA Customer Services team.
Strategic co-ordination of Customer Services spare parts sales processes and positioning per market within regional coverage.
Spare parts sales strategies steering per market regionally (pricing, discounting, marketing), through packaging and utilization of developed support programs to target achievement.
Development of product range in collaboration with HQ based on region’s market intelligence and demand.
Regular visits to business partners to establish, build and maintain relationships while conducting: performance reviews, adjustments where necessary, product launches, business development opportunities exploration and gathering of market information.
Participate in hiring process of business partner personnel.
Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvement and demand for the MENA markets.
Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to carriers, forwarders, customers and agents in a timely manner.
Oversee accurate billing to clients based on approved pricing.
Reporting on market trends and forecasts.
Develop, maintain and analyze budgets.
Ensure daily prices and discounts are implemented in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage field quality issues in MENA markets - management of field quality information to HQ.
Manage field technical investigations in collaboration with HQ (R&D, Supplier, QM and CS).
Carrying out HQ rolled service measures in impacted markets.
Claim management within MENA region.
Carry out DTA technical training programs based on the annual training plan provided by Fuso Academy HQ.
Comply with the Daimler standards, health and safety procedures.
Safeguard compliance measures implemented.
Operational planning per year based on market by market for quantitative and qualitative aspects.
Monthly sales planning and reporting by volume and pricing targets.
Market analysis including fleet deals and lost sales.
Reporting on the incentive programs put in place to ensure parts penetration.
Co-ordination with Treasury department to ensure on time payments.
Coordination of logistics with relevant departments in India and Japan.
Schedule setting for training courses for optimal alignment.
