Projects Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO
The objective of the corporate communication role (external & internal communications) is to ensure active, professional, consistent and effective communication of all Daimler Commercial Vehicles MENA (DCV MENA) corporate related news and information to regional media and defined targeted audiences as well as to inform, connect and engage employees at DCV MENA in accordance with the organization’s cultural values and overall business objectives.
External communication includes coordination of media planning, briefing and steering of external suppliers and agencies as well as the execution of market/competitive research and data gathering programs, aiming to acquire market and business intelligence as basis for corporate communications planning and recommendations.
Furthermore, this function is responsible for developing and implementing external communication on social media which are aligned with business strategies.
Internal Communication includes responsibility for developing and executing a comprehensive communications plan to effectively deliver relevant messages to staff, appropriately represent DCV’s values and priorities, and foster trust and transparency across the organization. This role is also in charge of planning and coordinating company events and initiatives aimed at employee engagement and wellbeing, as well as strengthening corporate culture and brand ambassadorship.
