    Head of Customer Services FUSO

      

    Main Objective

    • Supporting service activity and sales promotion (vehicle/parts) for Middle East and North Africa regional distributors and improving distributor satisfaction through close/frequent communication
    • Collection & initial screening for quality information for the products
    • Implementation of follow up for recall/service campaign for Middle East and North Africa regional distributors, monitoring Customer Services (CS) related regulation/law

    Responsibilities

    Market Management

    • Ensure continuous support to FUSO General Distributors, Dealers, Body Builders and Key
    • Accounts for Customer Service activities
    • Strong market presence, customer visits, liaison management
    • Monitor and achieve regional service KPIs
    • Participate in 3S Campaigns and annual key account management (KAM) activities

    Technical Service Support

    • Provide technical product support for Daimler Truck Asia (DTA) product portfolio
    • Coordinating between Daimler Truck Asia production plants (MFTBC, MFTE and DICV) and Regional MFTBC distribution network
    • Organize flying doctor support in the region
    • Coordinate regional Technical Exchange Meetings
    • Responsible for service business development in the region

    Quality/Product improvement

    • Reporting, documenting and monitoring technical issues by creating technical product reports
    • Initiating and collaborating product development and quality processes in the production plants

    Customer Services Marketing

    • Steer Customer Services and Parts marketing activities through workshop channel
    • Develop service concepts, service packages, extended warranty offers and service contract tools
    • Actively participate in marketing and implementation of service contracts and service solutions

    Headquarters Tokyo/Chennai

    • Reporting into the Service organization and prioritization of action to remediate the Service topics within the region

    Knowledge/Skill/Experience

    • Minimum 5 years of Service Experience in the Commercial Vehicle business
    • 2-3 years’ experience within the MENA Region
    • Strong Technical Knowledge
    • English is a must. Urdu/Japanese/Arabic is preferable

    Qualification

    • Degree/Diploma/Certification in Engineering or equivalent qualification
