    Reporting to

    Head of FUSO Customer Services

    Main Objectives

    • Steering and development of General Distributors (GDs) and its dealer its dealer for FUSO Parts sales
    • Steering and development of direct sales to exploit current market potentials
    • Steering and development of optimal planning and reporting tools as per Daimler standards
    • Be the first point of reference for the assigned Markets
    • Develop and maintain effective business, sales and marketing plans
    • Oversee the Spare parts sales activities of the GDs in the assigned markets


    General Distributors Middle East & North Africa

    • Strategic co-ordination of Customer Services spare parts sales processes and positioning per market within regional coverage
    • Regular visits to regional assigned markets for performance improvement, new opportunities exploration and intelligence information gathering
    • Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvement and demand for the MENA markets
    • Manage the activities of the Customer Support specialists that interact daily with the GD working level employees to further enhance the sales process end to end
    • Assess market needs and identify opportunities
    • Understand the marketplace and customer requirements to deliver customer satisfaction and increase parts penetration
    • Deliver expected results, volumes and margin
    • Analyse sales trend, parts penetration by segment, cross country sales and forecasting
    • Assess market trends by product/channel and put in place effective actions
    • Provide regular performance update to GDs
    • Create sales presentations and other sales collateral
    • Implement of market incentive programs
    • Rollout Marketing campaigns along with the GDs
    • Co-ordinated customer approaches in fleet business and fleet support programs
    • Co-ordinate with logistics team to provide all the outstanding delivery orders on time
    • Ensuring compliance & business ethics according to Laws and Daimler rules and regulations
    • Co-ordinated customer approaches in fleet business and fleet support programs
    • Definition of sales targets (quantitative and qualitative) & controlling of target achievement – safeguarding net revenue targets with clear roadmaps implementation thru proper pricing and maintaining contribution targets
    • Safeguard compliance measures implemented

    Headquarters Tokyo/Chennai

    • Operational yearly planning based on market by market for quantitative and qualitative aspects
    • Monthly sales planning and reporting by volume and pricing targets
    • Market analysis including fleet deals & lost sales
    • Reporting on the incentive programs put in place to ensure parts penetration
    • Coordination of logistics with relevant departments in India and Japan

    • 2-4 years of work Experience from automotive, commercial vehicle and Autoparts industry within Middle East and North Africa region
    • Good negotiating and communication skills
    • Customer focused and familiar in working with partners (internal and external)
    • Cultural knowledge of the Middle East Region
    • English as a must. French or Arabic preferred
    • Business background back ground / thorough technical understanding


    • Degree in Business Management, Business/Engineering or equivalent qualification
