    Main Objective

    • Prepare Monthly management presentation and reports (ExCom, Growth Project, Hot deals report…) for General Manager
    • Support and take the lead on all the different events and activities of the department (TEC, GD Conference, ISCS, Team Workshop…)
    • Manage the assigned markets to reach/exceed the targeted New Vehicle (NV) sales volume target
    • Regularly visit business partners, dealers and customers to build a comprehensive picture of market and derive strategy with the guidance from sales manager for meeting the market & product requirement
    • Gather market intelligence, update regular reporting templates, monitor applications and segments in the market, ensure homologation requirement, define and implement product plans with the guidance from sales manager
    • Set business plan with the guidance from sales manager for assigned markets for major target areas: wholesale / retail targets, orders, incentive plan / price planning, budget, market share, new product launches etc.
    • Prepare pricing proposals & sales concepts for increasing sales in assigned markets to support / guide distributors in reaching / exceeding target volumes / market share
    • Track the regulations in the market and take necessary steps to proactively comply with the regulations and adapt to the changes quickly
    • Prepare comprehensive marketing activity jointly with business partners, allocate and measure marketing budget & support, ensure implementation and evaluate the results of the activity
    • Ensure that all business conduct is in accordance with the relevant Daimler policies

    Responsibilities

    Management Presentation & Reports

    • Prepare Monthly management presentation and reports (ExCom, Growth Project, Hot deals report…) for General Manager
    • Project Management (360 degree strategy, etc.)
    • Responsible for adhoc presentations and requests from General Manager

    Market Management – Sales

    • Define the sales targets based on the market environment and company’s internal targets and achieve the targets
    • Support / steer the distributors towards their annual sales plan and meet their targets
    • Periodic reports on the markets
    • Pricing / price approvals of the launch models

    Event Activities

    • Support and take the lead on all the different events and activities of the department (TEC, GD Conference, ISCS, Team Workshop, etc.)

    Knowledge/Skill/Experience

    • Commercial Vehicle Sales experience (in the Middle East and/or North Africa) would be an advantage
    • Cultural knowledge or experience of Middle East and/or North Africa region preferable
    • Good presentation, analytical, negotiation and communication skills
    • English is a must, French and/or Arabic would be beneficial

    Qualification

    • Graduate Degree/qualification in (Automotive) Engineering / Business Administration
