    • Support the Head of Legal in all aspects of his role – be it project based or in the daily business
    • Prepare regular and practical legal analysis for the GCC and Levant markets
    • Draft and reviewing of legal texts and contracts
    • Prepare presentations for Board Meetings and business operations
    • Support and drive risk awareness company-wide
    • Take over your own projects in the legal department
    • Other duties as assigned

    • Excellent legal skills and knowledge of UAE law
    • Ability to draft legal texts and contracts in English
    • Excellent legal, communication & general English writing skills
    • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge especially Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Confident in communicating at all levels of seniority
    • Previous experience in an Legal Department of an international cooperation or UAE based law firm
    • Ideally previous experience in an international environment (cross-cultural sensitivity)


    • Graduate or Undergraduate in Law
